These terms apply to PowerQuote, operated by YOUR BRAND NAME HERE, and to the text messages sent through it.
SMS program
Program name: PowerQuote contractor messaging
What you'll receive: replies to missed calls and service requests, quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, job status updates, and emergency service follow-ups from the contractor you contacted.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
Help: reply HELP or email YOUR EMAIL HERE.
How you opt in
You consent to receive messages when you call a contractor's business number that uses PowerQuote and the call is missed (one automated reply), when you text the contractor's number, or when you check the SMS consent box on the contractor's quote or contact form. Additional messages are sent only after you reply or consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Contractor accounts
Businesses using PowerQuote are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, for keeping login credentials secure, and for using the service only to message customers who have contacted them or consented to receive messages. Accounts may not be used to send spam, marketing to people who have not opted in, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or carrier rules.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
PowerQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, YOUR BRAND NAME HERE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed messages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service or messaging program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
